I had both my area rug and sofa cleaned by I-Steamers. Nika was my technician and explained the cleaning process before beginning and the goals for job. I got the basic package + the organic stain protector treatment.
Nika explained what he was doing while cleaning and I could see the dirt and dust removal first hand as it was being performed.
