I purchased a 3-seat sofa secondhand with very minor stains and was mainly wanting a cleaning service to sanitize the sofa and I was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. I had both my area rug and sofa cleaned by I-Steamers. Nika was my technician and explained the cleaning process before beginning and the goals for job. I got the basic package + the organic stain protector treatment.
Nika explained what he was doing while cleaning and I could see the dirt and dust removal first hand as it was being performed.
He took special care and was very thorough to make sure the project was completed successfully. It’s hard to find good customer service and Nika was the consummate professional whom I highly recommend. I would use I-Steamers in the future based on this experience.
